Les plus grandes banques commerciales du pays seraient en train de se positionner pour entrer sur ce march\u00e9. Le Management Research Institute de <strong>La Hana Financial Group<\/strong> pr\u00e9dit que le march\u00e9 des tokens de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 domestique augmentera de mani\u00e8re exponentielle pour atteindre pr\u00e8s de <strong>27 milliards de dollars d\u00e8s l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e prochaine<\/strong>. Cette croissance rapide se poursuivra pendant le reste de la d\u00e9cennie.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Les banques se pr\u00e9parent pour les Security Tokens !<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les banques sud-cor\u00e9ennes r\u00e9pondent aux r\u00e9centes annonces du gouvernement concernant les STO. Tous les types d&rsquo;\u00e9mission de pi\u00e8ces nationales ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interdits en 2018. Cependant, le gouvernement a promis l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re de rendre les r\u00e9glementations plus souples, en particulier pour les projets STO. Les institutions financi\u00e8res r\u00e9glement\u00e9es seront autoris\u00e9es \u00e0 proposer des produits STO avec une relative libert\u00e9. Les banques forment d\u00e9j\u00e0 une \u00a0\u00bb alliance \u00a0\u00bb STO. L&rsquo;alliance a \u00e9t\u00e9 co-fond\u00e9e par l&rsquo;une des plus grandes banques sud-cor\u00e9ennes, la Nonghyup (NH) Bank, ainsi que la plus petite banque nationale Suhyup Bank et la banque r\u00e9gionale Jeonbuk Bank. Son adh\u00e9sion a doubl\u00e9 le 15 juin dernier, avec l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e de trois des plus grandes banques du pays, \u00e0 savoir la Industrial Bank of Korea, Shinhan Bank et Woori Bank.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pourquoi cet optimisme ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les banques pr\u00e9voient une explosion de STOs, avec des projets de produits tokenis\u00e9s tels que des \u00a0\u00bb biens immobiliers, des \u0153uvres d&rsquo;art et des droits d&rsquo;auteur musicaux \u00a0\u00bb pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00eatre lanc\u00e9s. Au moins une entreprise de droit d&rsquo;auteur musical tokenis\u00e9e a d\u00e9j\u00e0 rejoint le \u00a0\u00bb bac \u00e0 sable \u00a0\u00bb (sandbox) de la Financial Services Commission (FSC). Cependant, il faut noter que les banques pourraient devoir attendre jusqu&rsquo;en 2025 avant de pouvoir acc\u00e9der au march\u00e9 des STOs. Les r\u00e9gulateurs ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 contraints de retarder le d\u00e9ploiement de la l\u00e9gislation pertinente. Un responsable r\u00e9glementaire a expliqu\u00e9 que la \u00a0\u00bb soumission de l&rsquo;amendement juridique appropri\u00e9 \u00a0\u00bb avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00a0\u00bb un peu retard\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0, ce qui signifie que la l\u00e9galisation des STO pourrait entrer en vigueur \u00a0\u00bb au plus t\u00f4t \u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e prochaine \u00ab\u00a0. Plus t\u00f4t cette ann\u00e9e, des m\u00e9dias sud-cor\u00e9ens ont rapport\u00e9 que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shinhan.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Shinhan<\/a> et un autre grand groupe bancaire, Kookmin, avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des plateformes de trading STO.
