Tom Lee, cofondateur de Fundstrat, a fait part de ses pr\u00e9visions optimistes concernant le prix du bitcoin. S’adressant \u00e0 CNBC, M. Lee a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que si un ETF spot pour le bitcoin est approuv\u00e9 par la Securities and Exchange Commission<\/a> (SEC<\/a>) des \u00c9tats-Unis, le prix du bitcoin pourrait d\u00e9passer les 150 000 dollars par pi\u00e8ce. Il a m\u00eame sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 qu’il pourrait atteindre 180 000 dollars.<\/p>\n

M. Lee a expliqu\u00e9 que l’approbation d’un ETF spot sur le bitcoin entra\u00eenerait une demande sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l’offre quotidienne de bitcoins, ce qui ferait grimper le prix en fl\u00e8che. Il a cit\u00e9 les calculs effectu\u00e9s par le strat\u00e8ge en crypto-monnaie num\u00e9rique de Fundstrat pour cette pr\u00e9diction de prix. Toutefois, M. Lee a soulign\u00e9 que ce r\u00e9sultat d\u00e9pendait de l’approbation d’un ETF spot pour le bitcoin aux \u00c9tats-Unis, et non \u00e0 l’\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n

Refus et retards historiques des ETF Bitcoin au comptant par la SEC am\u00e9ricaine<\/b><\/h2>\n

La SEC<\/a> am\u00e9ricaine a l’habitude de refuser ou de retarder les demandes d’ETF spot sur le bitcoin. Malgr\u00e9 de nombreuses tentatives de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s pour inscrire le premier ETF bitcoin au comptant, l’agence est rest\u00e9e prudente \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard. Il n’est pas certain que la SEC<\/a>, dans sa forme actuelle, soit susceptible de changer de position. John Reed Stark, l’ancien chef de l’Office of Internet Enforcement de la SEC, a exprim\u00e9 son scepticisme quant \u00e0 l’approbation d’un ETF bitcoin au comptant sous l’administration Biden.<\/p>\n

Fundstrat | La prochaine division par deux du bitcoin comme source de potentiel de hausse<\/b><\/h2>\n

M\u00eame si un ETF spot sur le bitcoin n’est pas approuv\u00e9, M. Lee voit un potentiel de hausse pour le bitcoin. Il attribue cela au prochain Bitcoin Halving, une r\u00e9duction quotidienne planifi\u00e9e de l’offre. Le prochain \u00e9v\u00e9nement de r\u00e9duction de moiti\u00e9 des blocs de bitcoins est pr\u00e9vu pour le 26 avril 2024. Le “Bitcoin Halving” est un processus qui se produit environ tous les quatre ans et qui entra\u00eene une diminution du nombre de nouveaux bitcoins g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par bloc.<\/p>\n
