L\u2019action en justice <strong>vise \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer 21,37 millions de dollars que LayerZero aurait retir\u00e9s ill\u00e9galement<\/strong> de la bourse avant de se d\u00e9clarer en faillite.<\/p>\n<p>FTX accuse LayerZero d\u2019avoir <strong>exploit\u00e9 Alameda Ventures<\/strong>, la branche de capital-risque d\u2019Alameda Research, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s\u0153ur de FTX, en retirant de l\u2019argent pendant les difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res de FTX gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des connaissances d\u2019initi\u00e9s. Outre le recouvrement de 21 millions de dollars, FTX cherche \u00e9galement \u00e0 annuler les accords conclus avant la faillite.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Transactions entre Alameda Ventures et LayerZero<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Alameda Ventures s\u2019est engag\u00e9e dans une s\u00e9rie de transactions avec LayerZero, notamment en achetant <strong>une participation de 4,92 % dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pour plus de 70 millions de dollars<\/strong>. Ils ont \u00e9galement acquis 100 millions de jetons STG lors de la vente aux ench\u00e8res publique d\u2019Alameda pour 25 millions de dollars. STG est le jeton natif de StarGate Finance, construit sur LayerZero.<\/p>\n<p>En f\u00e9vrier 2022, LayerZero a pr\u00eat\u00e9 <strong>45 millions de dollars \u00e0 Alameda Research<\/strong> dans le cadre d\u2019un billet \u00e0 ordre. Lorsque FTX a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019effondrer en novembre 2022, LayerZero a n\u00e9goci\u00e9 un accord pour le retour de sa participation en \u00e9change de l\u2019abandon du pr\u00eat de 45 millions de dollars. Une autre transaction a \u00e9t\u00e9 convenue pour le rachat par LayerZero de 100 millions de jetons STG pour 10 millions de dollars, mais elle n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e \u00e0 bien.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Les r\u00e9clamations de FTX contre LayerZero<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>FTX cherche \u00e0 <strong>r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer 13 millions de dollars retir\u00e9s par l\u2019ancien COO de LayerZero<\/strong>, Ari Litan, et 6,65 millions de dollars retir\u00e9s par la filiale de LayerZero, Skip &amp; Goose. FTX pr\u00e9tend que ces retraits ont profit\u00e9 de la d\u00e9tresse financi\u00e8re d\u2019Alameda.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9ponse, <a href=\"https:\/\/layerzero.network\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bryan Pellegrino, cofondateur et PDG de LayerZero Labs<\/a>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux que l\u2019action en justice de FTX est \u201cremplie d\u2019affirmations non fond\u00e9es\u201d et que LayerZero a fait des efforts pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes ignor\u00e9s par FTX.<\/p>\n<h2><b>La faillite de FTX et ses efforts de redressement<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>FTX et Alameda Research se sont plac\u00e9s <strong>sous la protection du chapitre 11 de la loi sur les faillites<\/strong> le 1er novembre. Des all\u00e9gations de d\u00e9tournement de fonds de clients et d\u2019autres actes r\u00e9pr\u00e9hensibles ont depuis fait surface. Sous une nouvelle direction, FTX tente de vendre, de d\u00e9tenir et de couvrir ses avoirs en cryptomonnaies d\u2019une valeur de 3 milliards de dollars. Selon certaines informations, FTX envisagerait de se relancer.<\/p>\n<p>FTX tente \u00e9galement de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer des millions de dollars vers\u00e9s \u00e0 des c\u00e9l\u00e9brit\u00e9s et \u00e0 des \u00e9quipes sportives avant le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de bilan. Il s\u2019agit notamment de paiements effectu\u00e9s \u00e0 Shaquille O\u2019Neal, Naomi Osaka et au Miami Heat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a
