Les escrocs ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 escroquer plus de 2,7 milliards de bahts (environ 76 millions de dollars) \u00e0 des investisseurs locaux.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Thailande | Faux plan d\u2019investissement crypto en bitcoins<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Les individus ont mis en place <strong>un syst\u00e8me frauduleux sous le couvert de BCH Global Ltd, une fausse plateforme d\u2019investissement<\/strong> en bitcoins. Ils ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 tromper 3 280 r\u00e9sidents qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes de l\u2019escroquerie.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Inculpations et enqu\u00eates<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Les accus\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inculp\u00e9s de plusieurs crimes, notamment de <strong>conspiration<\/strong> en vue de commettre des <strong>crimes transnationaux<\/strong>, de participation \u00e0 une <strong>fraude publique<\/strong> et de participation \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s de <strong>blanchiment d\u2019argent<\/strong>. L\u2019enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e par le CCIB tha\u00eflandais, en collaboration avec Homeland Security Investigations et d\u2019autres organismes internationaux charg\u00e9s de l\u2019application de la loi. Les escrocs ont probablement utilis\u00e9 ces options d\u2019investissement populaires pour attirer des investisseurs peu m\u00e9fiants.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Biens confisqu\u00e9s et soutien juridique offert<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Le bureau du procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral a engag\u00e9 des poursuites et, au 4 septembre, le bureau de lutte contre le blanchiment d\u2019argent avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 <strong>confisqu\u00e9 des biens d\u2019une valeur de 585 millions de bahts<\/strong>.
