Le juge, Lewis Kaplan, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 dans son ordonnance que le fait de mettre l\u2019accent sur l\u2019implication des avocats de FTX dans certaines d\u00e9cisions de l\u2019entreprise risquait de semer la confusion ou de porter pr\u00e9judice au jury. Le juge Kaplan a insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9ciser les actions et les connaissances des avocats avant de pouvoir les bl\u00e2mer.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9fense de Bankman-Fried, mettre la faute sur les avocats de FTX<br \/>\n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>En ao\u00fbt, <strong>les avocats de Sam Bankman-Fried ont annonc\u00e9 leur intention de faire valoir qu\u2019il avait re\u00e7u des conseils juridiques<\/strong> sur des questions telles que les politiques de suppression automatique et les pr\u00eats \u00e0 FTX et Alameda, ce <strong>qui l\u2019avait amen\u00e9 \u00e0 croire qu\u2019il agissait de bonne foi<\/strong>. Ils ont \u00e9galement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 leur intention de pr\u00e9senter des preuves de l\u2019implication de Fenwick &amp; West LLP et des avocats internes dans l\u2019examen et l\u2019approbation de certaines d\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n<h2><b>R\u00e9ponse du minist\u00e8re de la justice<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Le minist\u00e8re de la Justice a r\u00e9pondu en demandant au tribunal d\u2019ordonner au d\u00e9fendeur de fournir plus de d\u00e9tails sur sa strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9fense pour le proc\u00e8s. En outre, il a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la cour d\u2019<strong>emp\u00eacher certains types de questions, de preuves et d\u2019arguments<\/strong> jug\u00e9s non pertinents pour l\u2019affaire.<\/p>\n<p>La
