Le sch\u00e9ma aurait escroqu\u00e9 plus de 80 investisseurs entre janvier 2023 et juin 2024. Selon la plainte de la SEC<\/a><\/em>, Adams <\/em>a attir\u00e9 les investisseurs avec des promesses de rendements mensuels allant jusqu’\u00e0 13,5%. Ils ont all\u00e9gu\u00e9 que Jonathan Adam<\/em> avait d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un \u00ab bot \u00bb de trading automatis\u00e9 qui pouvait identifier des opportunit\u00e9s d’arbitrage rentables sur une plateforme d’actifs cryptographiques.
