Lors d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence de presse r\u00e9cente, Atkins a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 une proposition audacieuse : une \u201cinnovation exemption\u201d. Ce nouveau dispositif permettrait \u00e0 certaines entreprises de lancer des projets de tokenisation d\u2019actifs sans \u00eatre imm\u00e9diatement soumises aux r\u00e9glementations les plus strictes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cointelegraph.com\/news\/sec-tokenization-exemption-genius-act-passes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cette annonce<\/a> intervient dans un contexte strat\u00e9gique. Pour \u00eatre conforme, un stablecoin devra :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00catre adoss\u00e9 \u00e0 des r\u00e9serves en fiat \u00e0 100 %,<\/li>\n<li>\u00catre soumis \u00e0 un audit r\u00e9gulier r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par un tiers ind\u00e9pendant,<\/li>\n<li>Faire l\u2019objet d\u2019un suivi r\u00e9glementaire par une autorit\u00e9 bancaire reconnue,<\/li>\n<li>Disposer d\u2019un cadre clair de gestion du risque en cas de crise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ce texte permet d\u2019\u00e9liminer une grande partie de la zone grise juridique qui entourait jusqu\u2019ici les stablecoins. En ce sens, la SEC peut se concentrer sur les autres aspects de la finance tokenis\u00e9e \u2014 comme les titres, les produits structur\u00e9s ou les instruments de dette num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Une ouverture strat\u00e9gique vers la tokenisation des march\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La tokenisation consiste \u00e0 convertir des actifs traditionnels \u2014 actions, obligations, immobilier, mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res \u2014 en tokens num\u00e9riques \u00e9changeables sur blockchain.
