Musk ont toutefois fait valoir que ces all\u00e9gations relevaient de la \u00ab\u00a0fiction\u00a0\u00bb et qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas ill\u00e9gal de soutenir par tweet une crypto-monnaie l\u00e9gitime dont la capitalisation boursi\u00e8re atteint pr\u00e8s de 10 milliards de dollars.<\/p>\n<p> Les plaignants n&rsquo;ont pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer l&rsquo;existence d&rsquo;une d\u00e9claration erron\u00e9e ou d&rsquo;une omission importante, et la d\u00e9claration en question \u00e9tait vague, subjective et longue, selon la motion. En outre, les plaignants n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas conscients des risques que Musk et Tesla dissimulaient, puisque la nature sp\u00e9culative du Dogecoin est bien connue.<\/p>\n<p> Les avocats de M. Musk ont fait valoir que les plaignants n&rsquo;avaient pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 \u00e9tablir le lien de causalit\u00e9, car ils n&rsquo;avaient pas d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les risques potentiels avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 divulgu\u00e9s ou s&rsquo;\u00e9taient concr\u00e9tis\u00e9s, entra\u00eenant la chute du cours du dogecoin.
